Our Beef is a slice of small-town Texas.
Exit & Build Provisions has joined forces with a local rancher who lives just down the road from us in Central Texas.
The herd consists of Black Angus and Red Angus bloodlines. These animals were selected based on their unique genetics because pedigree controls 45% of the marbling in the animal.
These cattle are responsibly raised the old-fashioned way: Free from antibiotics, hormones, & Vaccines.
They use regenerative ranching and rotationally graze their cattle to utilize and nurture the pastures without chemical fertilizers.
The cattle are raised on their home pastures, even while we supplement them with locally raised grains for the last 90 days before slaughter to enhance marbling, efficiency, and consistency.
This beef is USDA inspected and guaranteed to grade Choice or Prime.
Studies have shown that the natural environment that cattle are born in positively impacts meat quality. Pasture-raised beef has higher Omega 3 levels, and is loaded with Vitamin A&E, providing you with nothing but top quality. Exit & Build beef is aged 14 days which makes it even more tender!
